Chapter Thirteen "The Sayings of Jesus"

CHAPTER 13
THE SAYINGS OF JESUS

We beginning with something Jesus claimed in John 8:51 “Verily, verily, I “SAY” unto you, If a man keep my “SAYING”, he shall never see death.”  In this opening text one of his sayings is, “he will never see death.”  So, as we get into these many sayings of Jesus, and learn to keep them, the result with be as He said, “NEVER SEE DEATH.”  Keeping this text in context, Jesus had “SAID” things before verse 51.  Let’s take a look at what he had said before this verse.
In John 8: 2 we see that He “taught them and us.”  What did He teach them, what can we learn?
1. There will be those that will test and tempt you, trying to trip you up.  What do you do in those moments? 8:6 “This they said, tempting him that they might have to accuse him.  But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.”  (here is what we learn):
a.        In those moments appear to have ignored them buying time.  They will continue to ask you as they did Jesus.  Under your breath, “Ask” God for an answer.  Don’t be forced into a quick reply.  Learn from another saying of Jesus, John 12:49-50 “For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, He gave me commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting; whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.”
b.      You heard their question yet are not distracted by it.  Look away, stoop down as Jesus did if it is feasible; wait for the Spirit’s words, then look up or stand up as Jesus did:  8: 7 “So when they continued asking Him, He lifted up Himself, and said unto them, “He that is without sin among you, let him cast a stone at her.”

Up to this point, what can we draw from this?  They all were about to “JUDGE” this woman caught in adultery.  If they had starting throwing stones at her she would have died, correct?  They had done it in the past, this stoning of someone caught in adultery I’m sure, yet now when Jesus SPEAKS one of his sayings they don’t.  Thus she lives and now catch this,” they live.”  How so?  Listen to this other saying of Jesus, “Oh man that judges another, you condemn yourself, you do the same thing.”  Yet you might think, “Not everyone in the crowd had committed this particular sin of adultery that day.”  But notice this, God the Father through Jesus that day was not addressing a “single sin;” He was addressing the nature of us all.  For the first time in their self-righteous life, they saw something they had not seen before, “The Condition of us all.”  So, in light of our keeping the sayings of Jesus and living, if we would not judge we would live longer lives; we and the ones we judge.  Remember, love covers a multitude of sin.

One more thing must be brought out; the circumstances of that particular day.  The Jewish nation was under bondage to the Roman Empire and rules.  If Jesus had said to the crowd stone her, they would have done so, yet would have called the Romans to judge him for getting the crowd to stone the woman to death.  The Jews, under Roman rule, could not enforce their religious rules without first consulting Roman courts.  You see where the Pharisees were setting Jesus up; what is meant by their tripping him up in his words.  Also notice that if Jesus had simply said to let her go, they knew the crowd would stone him to death for breaking the laws of Moses.  He was damned if he did and damn if he didn’t.   Know this also, under the laws of Rome, the woman was in a legal profession, a prostitute.

The crowd that day, by not throwing stones, were admitting their condition, they were not without the sin nature of Adam, and thus had some form of the by-product of that nature, acts of sin in their lives; maybe not this particular sin of adultery, yet they sinned.
From the least to the greatest, they saw this and the crowd that day lived along with the woman.  You hear it in some more of Jesus sayings, “Woman, where are your accusers?  She replied, “there are NONE.”  Then Jesus said, “Go, and sin no more.”
So, where are your accusers?  Someone free of the sin nature of Adam; only that person would have the right to judge us.  Jesus was such a person, yet He doesn’t judge her or us.  With that understanding, go and sin no more.

Yet we go and sin again.  Why?  Could it be that we aren’t keeping in mind this one saying of Jesus, “you who are without sin, throw the first stone.”  Quit throwing stones (judging) and you will not sin anymore.  Remember the strength of sin is the law.  The more you judge the more you will sin.  When we see the true condition of all of us, then and then only will we cease to sin;  love your neighbor as you love yourself.  Keep His sayings and you will not see death in any form, physical, mental or spiritual.  The death process may have taken its toll in your life, but by ceasing to judge you put it on hold. (Don’t confuse decision making with judging.  We are all called to make decisions in life; judging others is a different matter all together.  That day they were trying to get Jesus to make a judgment; his “decision was to ask the Father, one we should all do. Note this also, this doesn’t mean finding a dead letter text and using it again one another.  The Jews that day were doing this; Jesus didn’t go with the dead letter, He sought the LIVING WORD.)

Chapter Twelve "Birthing"

CHAPTER 12

BIRTHING

This subject matter without a doubt will appear as heresy to the average Christian mind.  So, what I will ask you to do is to at least give it some thought before throwing it out.
Here are some of my thoughts that touched on this matter of birthing:
I want to bring up a subject matter that was introduced to me some time ago and sense then has been confirmed to me to be true.  Back then, before this confirmation, I had thought it to be heresy conflicting with my Christian beliefs.

This subject matter of birthing has a lot to do with the original sin, the creation of Eve and the fall of Adam.  Later we see Paul dealing with this in the book of First and Second Corinthians where he had to deal with the Male & Female conflict of that Church.  Their carnal views of male and female is seen when Paul wrote that he had desired to speak unto them spiritual truth, yet he had to give them only the milk of the word.  He had spiritual truth to offer, which he had shared with other more advanced Churches that he had established, yet they were not ready for it.
If you trace the writings of Paul, seeing them in the order of their writing, you see how these thoughts developed over a period of time.  To give you a brief idea of what I mean, First & Second Thess. were written around A.D. 54; then Galatians was written around A.D. 58; then after that came First & Second Corinthians around A.D. 59-60.  So prior to his comments to the Corinthians he had knew these things which I will share with you that come up out of the book of Galatians chapter 6 verses 15-16…”or in Christ, neither circumcision or uncircumcision avails anything, but a New Creation; for as many that walk according to this rule (or view, perspective of life) peace be on them and  mercy upon the Israel of God.”  In other words he was saying, if you want any peace in your life, in our case male and female relationships, you had better come to understand this view and perspective of life.

Now Paul takes this further earlier in this same book of Gal. 3:28  “There is neither Jew or Greek,  nor is there bond or free, there is neither MALE or FEMALE, for you are all ONE in Christ Jesus.”  Paul at this time knew this truth and had wanted to share this too those in Corinth yet because of their dull hearing and lack of spiritual insight could not.  It would have solved their conflict; and would solve many a conflict today if only we had the spiritual ears to hear.
Many church doctrines are built upon what is shared here to a carnal church without seeing it wasn’t the deeper spiritual side of this issue of male and female.  You see it in the past, where there were some churches that went so far as to have males sit on one side of the pews and the females on the other (the Shakers were one such group).  It gets crazy how they can twist the word of God.  Yet with the church at Galatia this was understood that there was neither male nor female.  What does this mean?  Well, I will be getting into this as this chapter develops.

Let me give you one more text from the book of Colossians before we go on; this was written by Paul around A.D. 64, so this is after his letters to the church at Corinth.  You see God expressing it through Paul once again thus revealing its importance.   Col. 3:11 “Wherefore, there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision, uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond or free, for Christ is all and IN ALL.” (Note, Paul doesn’t even bring up the male and female idea as he did with the Galatians, the Colossians knew it, the Galatians were learning it.)  You can see the greater depth of this perception in the closing remarks, “Christ is all and in all.”  This is the ultimate task of birthing; which in truth is an awaking to the reality of what Jesus accomplished for us “all.”  You see Paul’s attempt to get these Corinthians in his last letter to them to see this truth we are bringing out in this chapter, the truth beyond seeing “ALL” beyond a fleshly, carnal, natural view -  II Cor. 5:16 “Wherefore, henceforth know we no man after the flesh..”  Note the word, “wherefore,” when you see this word in scriptures always ask yourself, “what is it there for?”   Paul earlier reveals the secret of gaining the spiritual insight I desire to share with you all in this article; he is sharing it to a carnal people.  Here is the secret…II Cor. 5:14-  “For the LOVE OF CHRIST constrains us; because we thus judge, that if one died for ALL, then ALL were dead; and that HE died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again.”

So to answer the question of “what is it there for; it’s because of what Jesus accomplished for ALL.  Thus we should no longer live into our particular race, gender, culture or creed.  This matter of birthing extends to ALL.  Though we are only dealing with one issue in this article of male and female, it touches every area of our lives.  If there is ever to be peace in this world, this one view, rule or perspective must be understood, and have ALL come to see what Paul in the context of this same chapter of II Cor. 5 brings out.  They missed it; let’s see if you catch the drift of what Paul and I now am attempt to convey…II Cor. 5: 17 “THEREFORE…if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW CREATURE; old things are passed away; behold all things are become new.” And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation (Birthing).

This New Creature is just that.  It is not male or female; nor is it fashion after anything we have experienced in this life and its cultures, creed, gender differences or anything that can be named.  It is as I have been told that it is, A New Being, with a New sense of Reality, with New Power; all which, as this text clearly says, is from God.

Let me now take you deeper into what Paul later learns and I have come to experience and is what I am attempting to share with you the reader now.  The book of Romans is written after Paul’s letters to the Corinthians.  He had seen something and shares it with the Corinthian, yet later in the book of Romans takes it further.  Here is what he saw in II Cor. 4:16 “For which cause we fail not; but though our OUTWARD MAN perish, yet the INWARD MAN is RENEWED day by day.”

This idea of the outward man perishing addresses more than just the body; but also deals with views and perspectives that have us locked up in this experience; such as that of the Corinthians and their being wrapped up with this  male and female issue.  How do I know this?  You see Paul express it in this same chapter, II Cor. 4: 17-18 “For our light affliction, which is but FOR A MOMENT, works for us a FAR MORE exceeding and eternal weight of glory; while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”  The petty issues are a distraction of something far greater; at best they are only temporary.  To allow these temporary issues keep us from the eternal weight of glory that Paul mentions and desired to get them into is a matter of great loss.  He later, when he learns something deeper on this, writes to the Romans, “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” (Rom. 8:18)  This life can’t be compared to this glory, this New Reality, this New Being, and this New Power.

Chapter Eleven "Our Reasonable Service"

CHAPTER 11
OUR REASONABLE SERVICE

Ask yourself, “Would it be reasonable to give your body to God as a living sacrifice?  Now ask yourself, “Would it be reasonable to give your body to a doctor, who may or may not know your particular body and its system?  Would it be reasonable to believe that though we all may have similar functions in our bodies, yet like finger prints, each is different in some way to another’s?  If it is said of God that He knows the number of hairs on you head, would it be more reasonable to give your body into His hands rather than a doctor who couldn’t possibly know this?

Would it be reasonable to give your bodies over to someone who feels you evolved or would it be more reasonable to give your body to ONE who knows you were fearfully and wonderfully made, created in the womb of your mother, and even more so, were known before the foundations of the world and its sciences.

Would it be reasonable to “not” conform to this world and its sciences founded in evolution, but rather to reason God created instantly not only this universe but also this uniquely created body.  Would it be reasonable to believe He and He alone knows more about this body and it function then thousands of the world’s best doctors?  Would it be reasonable to believe you and these thousands of the world’s doctors might need your minds renewed to a higher system?

Would it be reasonable to believe that in His grace He would give us what the world may not want – the renewing of spirit, soul and body now; thus sustaining this life longer than the average person who has conformed to the world’s opinion?  Would it then be reasonable to ask this God to restore hair follicles beyond a hair weave?  Also, would it be considered unreasonable to have lost teeth restored beyond getting false teeth?  Would I be unreasonable to ask to have my skin rejuvenated to its one time youthful texture beyond nature means?  Would I be considered reasonable asking for such things?

I know that I would be considered unreasonable for thinking in such a way, especially the hair and teeth matter.  But what of the Creator matter, would the world consider me as unreasonable for rejecting evolution and going with a Personal Being of Intelligence called God?  The teeth and hair matter may be considered silly and wishful thinking; yet would the worlds say the same concerning a Personal Loving God?   Would they consider it silly to believe in such fairy tales as some have called God, Jesus and the Bible?

I personally have come to some level of renewal in this area of who do I trust with the sustaining ability of my spirit, soul and body.  As the disclaimer I have given, I can not ask you to join me in my choices; this is a matter between you and the Holy Spirit and His leading you to higher levels and the renewing of your mind.  Ask, seek and knock; for those who keep asking keep on receiving and those that keep seeking find, and those that knock, have the door opens to higher methods of His sustaining power.

Chapter Ten "Sin's Toll"

CHAPTER 10
SIN’S TOLL

What is sin’s toll?  What affect has it had on our bodies?  What affect has it had on our minds?  As we look at others and view ourselves in the mirror we see something which we seek yet many times deny; we see its affects.  We look older.  We act older, sometimes it is better, and sometimes it is worst.

I recently took a photo, a close-up, to place on my profile in a forum on the web.  I didn’t like what I saw in comparison to what I saw in my mind.  In my mind I see this young 23 year old young man, yet the physical picture said something different.  I found myself wishing and saying to myself, “I wished I could look like what I see in me.”  Is it possible to “put-on” what I am in me and reverse what I see in the physical?

Well, I love to experiment; whether it is possible or not.  Doesn’t matter; the question is, “is it possible.”  That’s the reason for the experiment.  So later you can laugh and even myself with you on this experiment.

Now know that it could be done by an extreme make-over process of face lift, hair replacement etc.  This is not what I intend for this experiment.  If I only succeed at least stopping the age process, where I presently am of 65, June 2011, I’d be happy to get this result.  But let’s go for it; the reversal of the aging process.
The title of this article, “Sin’s Toll”, is what I will research to discover if we could stop this sin’s toll and allow a “non-sin perspective to undo what it has been done up to this point.”
We can see, when we lack proper sleep, worry, the affects it can have on our bodies and mind.  If we could get beyond just worry it would be a start.  I have had times where I would look in the mirror and see that, which I accept, my facial features.  But other times I don’t accept what I see.

Without a doubt I know most of you have seen this; those days that gives the idea that you have been out all night on a binge, yet you don’t drink.  Sin is taking its toll.  In other chapters you have read where our judging has something to do with this, as well as our ACTING INDEPENDENT from the Lord, planning our lives without involving God’s input in it all.  This is the true definition of sin.  Fix it into you mind so that every time you read in the Bible this word “sin” says, “Acting independent from God.”  It makes you want to really stop sinning…..which better said…ACTING INDEPENDENT FROM GOD in “anything we say or do.”
Do some reflected thing with me in light of what I’ve said in this chapter using I Thess. 5:23 “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly, and I pray God your whole spirit and soul, and body be preserved blameless; unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Faithful is He that calleth you, who also WILL DO IT.”    The question is, “Will you let Him do it?”  Do what?  The answer is in this text, “preserve you blameless” by starting right now to undo what sin’s toll has done to you in the years of ignorance.  This is what is meant in the word, Sanctification.   It is the work committed to the Holy Spirit in His conforming us to the very image that God has of us through what Jesus Christ has accomplished.  You see this in Romans 8:30 “Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called, and whom He called, them He also JUSTIFIED; and whom He justified, them He also glorified.  What shall we then say to these things?  If God is for us, who can be against us?”  Read along with this Romans 15:16 “That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, BEING SANCTIFIED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Read the following text along with this: I Cor. 6:11:  “…but you are SANCTIFIED, but you are justified in THE NAME of the Lord Jesus, and by the SPIRIT of our God.”  Hebrews 10:10 “By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” Hebrews 13:12 “Wherefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.  Let us go forth therefore unto Him without the camp, bearing His reproach.”

Note it says “YOU ARE” sanctified and justified; yet as you look around you it might not appear that way.  So, “what do we say to this matter?” if God is for you, and has done what He claims over and over again in scriptures, who could be against you?  Paul constantly was attempting to get those he ministered to, to see that what a ONCE OF ALL ACT, ONCE OF ALL had accomplished.  It was no longer dependent up human effort; God Himself, through Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit did all that was required to gain God’s favor for “all”…Jew and Gentile alike.   Know this, to obtain this; one would have to go outside of mainline thinking; religious and secular.  You will meet with reproach for making such a claim; yet its rewards can’t be compared to what He had done in comparison to what we might had thought we could do.  There will be more said on this in later chapters but for now tuck this away in your mind to gain what we are seeing in this study, “The Rights of the Unfallen Adam.

Chapter Nine "The Power of Endless Life"

CHAPTER 9

THE POWER OF ENDLESS LIFE

The power of endless life; how can death have any part in this statement?  You can see why many say Paul could not have written the book of Hebrews.  They say, “It is not his style of writing!”  In one sense of the word they are right.  Paul expressed it in a very familiar statement, “I am crucified, nevertheless I live....Yet, it is not I.”  Paul is saying that he died via a process, and how he once expressed himself was constantly changing.  Finally, after all of Paul’s letters, what he always desired is manifested, “Christ in and through him.”  “And the life that I NOW LIVE in the flesh (not skin but way of expressing one’s self)..I live in and through the FAITH (hearing him speak to me) of the Son of God.  Beyond a single word, beyond a single sentence, beyond a single paragraph or page became a LIVING Letter written of God for those of his day.

We all go from being a parrot to LIVING BEINGS expressing and expanding God and that LIFE, LIGHT and LOVE through Spirit given words that He makes come alive, what was written in Spirit given truths to those before us.

It was his and our experience of this power of endless life that removes many of the fears of this life and its ending.  There is no end.  There was no beginning.  There has only been and always will be ENDLESS LIFE.   “Unto to him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout ALL AGES, World Without End....”

Link this phrase to its first mentioning in Isa. 45:17 and it becomes clear what Paul meant that it was a mystery hidden; something that had always been there yet waiting to be revealed.  Something hidden by this temporal world and experience and dead religion; “But Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an EVERLASTING SALVATION; you shall not be ashamed nor confounded WORLD WITHOUT END.”

Link this to Paul’s statement, “I am not ashamed of this good news, (the power of endless life) the Gospel of Christ; for it “IS” THE POWER OF GOD unto salvation to everyone that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.  For therein (is where the revealing of the power of endless life comes from) is the righteousness of God (the ability, perspective to hear God and know the power of endless life because he speaks to us) revealed to us from Words of Faith, Sentences of Faith, Paragraphs of Faith and the Living Experience the Spirit given truth, “The Just shall live by faith” (Talking to, seeing and hearing the Power of Endless life) coming to us..

The “JUST” shall live by this faith, the perspective of the power of endless life.  This Spirit given truth to Paul has become dead to us.  So here it is in living form....”the just, those who have come to see the power of endless life, that power given to those who realize they are sitting, and always have been sitting, in heavenly places and are untouched of this experience, thus are those that live AS THOUGH THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG. (Justified).  It is their perspective that gives them this view of things.  They see this as only one temporal experience to be followed by another to which they participate in the ever expansion and expression of who God is and we are....ETERNAL BEINGS.   Amen

NO BEGINNING OR END

When we stop seeing a beginning or an end we get peace; a peace which passes all this beginning and ending understanding.  In other words before this beginning in the mind of God, if you could gain that mind which Jesus Christ had, there would be no beginning or end.  It was what carried Him through this experience.  He knew that one day he’d be glorified with the glory He had before this beginning or His incarnation.

What peace that brings right now just to think about this matter of endless life.  Every now and then I get a stronger glimpse of this thing of endless life and there is more and more peace to it; a peace that passes all understanding of this limited narrow minded existence.  God knows what He is doing.  He’s the alpha and omega of this experience we call life.  But His offer of the power of endless life over rides it all.

Our first parents, Adam & Eve, partook of this tree of the knowledge of good and evil, than they were forbidden to partake of the tree of life.  If we would only “put down” this tree of the knowledge of good and evil and partake of the tree of life, eternal life, we would have the power of endless life.  Yet, we life in the beginning and end, birth and death; we live in fear of that death.  There was to be no fear of death, it wasn’t even to exit.  If Adam & Eve had not fallen, this exit of death would not have been.  There would not have been this fear of death because there wouldn’t have been any death, only an endless eternal experience; one which we could leave at will and then return, something like in sleep out of sleep, gaining more and more in the process.

If you thought you would never die, what things would you do that you aren’t doing now?  You would have no fear of death knowing that this is one continuing experience.  You would grow from one degree of glory to another degree of glory through faith to faith (faith meaning hearing from God the Father for directions and instructions of this experience.)  We would be on one continuous adventure asking where do we go next?   I’m retired now from the Dept. of Corrections what do I do next?  Do I see death?  NO!  I don’t see death I see new horizons.

THE POWER OF ENDLESS LIFE (AS A METHOD)

Taken from “Beyond the Veil” …. By Marion Law (out of print)
Hebrews 7:16 “Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.”
But, what is the power of an endless life?  The word power in our text, says Bushnell, is the original of the word dynamic, denoting force, a causative force, cumulating and growing more impelling as it goes.  And this is exactly the power which comes to the man who believes in an endless life, who respects himself enough to believe he is immortal.
In the first place, belief in endless life gives to our present life some perspective.  Behold what an infinitely higher view it gives to all our experiences in this world.  This world becomes, not an end but a means, a means to an end.  Life becomes a school; and all its experiences are the lessons we are learning, not for time, not for this world only, but for all eternity.  With what interest as well as power does this invest our life on earth!  Nothing is of little importance any longer.  All vital things are purposed and have their meaning; they are daily lessons; they are a part of our schooling; they are helping to prepare us for the endless life.  What interest and power for daily living that gives us!  What a power to endure patiently; what a power to live highly, and serenely and strongly!  What a power to overcome and seek constantly higher planes of living is the thought that our life is not a thing of today and tomorrow, but is an endless thing of which this life is the school and this world is only the preparation!  Marion Law

Chapter Eight "Joy In Pain"

CHAPTER 8

JOY IN PAIN

If we could see “who we are,” the experience of this life wouldn’t be as painful, because the needed pain to reveal this fact to awaken us to it would not be needed as much. It is just a needed experience that works beyond the seen and more in the unseen.  Seek the unseen and the reason of the seen would be known.  Then the idea of “joy in pain” would be understood.  How? When we stray, the pain is a goad to direct us to that which is real.  Once the true reality is focused upon, the need for pain would be removed.  Seeing this, healing joy would be its replacement.  In our minds we would have returned to “From Whence We Came.” (Another book I am working on)  In that realm, there was no pain.....and here there would be no pain, if this insight we would gain.

Nothing in the experience of this life should have any affect on who we really are.  For who we really are reaches before and after this experience.  To focus only on the seen, pain would act as a reminder of who we truly are.  What we think we are, and what others might think we are, is threaten at these moments.  Only when we see who we TRULY are, would these moments “NOT MATTER.”  Why? Because what I think I am and what others think isn’t the truth or reality.  The reality of who we are will never change in the mind of God.  We are always in the Beloved....only our perspective can change this.

Prayer: “Father, I thank you for who I am, before and after this experience....for it is this that sustains me in this experience.”  Pray this prayer and who you truly are will be seen.  Then whatever you desire to do in this experience can be done through who you really are....Sons and Daughters of that UNSEEN intelligence of Love, God....sealed by His Son’s own blood and guaranteed by His Spirit.   If and when you think you know who you are, if this knowing is only in the seen, the UNSEEN must REMIND you other wise.  It’s moments like these that prove His love for you.  Acknowledge this, and the need of reminding is gone, and pains, trials, go away.
Prayer:    “I remind you, UNSEEN, as you have reminded me.  And thank you for all that is by a once for all act established between you and I before and after this experience.  It is You who sustain me in this experience.  (There will be moments when you will sense the need to speak this....do so.   It is your moment of reminder.)

In between these moments of being reminded...establish the desires of your heart.  Once for all, by a once for all speaking of that which is desired...meaning you will “NOT” speak of this desire again.  For it will be forever established and will come under, “Remind you, as you have reminded me.”  To pray this desire again, causes this to be a “prayer of doubt”...which cancels out;” let him/her that thinks by repetition of prayer, he or she will receive anything....He heard you the first time...ONCE FOR ALL.”

Chapter Seven "Want to Live Longer?"

CHAPTER 7
WANT TO LIVE LONGER?

The answer to this chapter’s titled question is simple, yet to understand the simple answer you must come to understand it deeply.  Here is the simple answer:  “Don’t Judge.”
Religious folk have used the term “righteous judgment,” whether they understood it or not isn’t my concern at this moment.  I wouldn’t dare enter into judging them and reap what I’m about to share.  There definitely is a true idea of this thing of a righteous judgment.  So, without a long lengthy expose’ of my definition of this word righteous let me simply say that it is one’s ability to hear God’s voice.  This hearing from God precedes our words, judgments and actions; thus righteousness is not necessary behavior as we suppose good behavior, but is the result of righteousness (hearing God’s input on any situation).  With this idea of righteousness, hearing God speak to us, any action or judgment, though even being what we call good behavior would be consider not good behavior if one hasn’t acquired the ability to hear from God.  We at those moments would be “acting independent from consulting God.”  You see this in the clearest scripture text found in Romans 14:3…”whatsoever is not of faith (hearing from God) is sin (acting independent from God).”  Thus, my true idea of a righteous judgment would mean you know with a degree of certainty that God has called you to speak or act in any given situation.  In those cases it would not be you doing the judging or acting but you in obedience to instruction

God had given to you, thus any ill effect from personally judging someone or situation apart from God, would not come upon you like a boomerang.
With this in mind, let me now continue with the title, “Do you want to live longer?”  We are warned over and over again in scriptures to not judge, not at all.  You would think this would be clear to us by now.  Just try curving your habit of making judgments.  Do you realize how many times in the course of just one day we make “unnecessary” judgments in idle talk?  It is written that we will stand accountable for every idle word.  I have come to discover that this accountability is now and not only in the future before God.  I’m sure most of you have discovered the same thing.  Again scripture backs this in Matt. 7:11 “Judge not, that you be not judged.  For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged; and with what measure you give out, it shall be measured to you again.”  Also read Luke 6:37 “Judge not, and you shall not be judged; condemn not, and you shall not be condemned; forgive, and you shall be forgiven.”
Now I understand that most of us know better.  We have heard these expressions I’ve shared before.  It makes since not to judge where it is not called for, not being lead of God to do so as I’ve already mentioned.  But this isn’t what I really wanted to bring out in this chapter.  It was just some things I thought I’d share to make what I now say make more sense.
I’d like to now focus on the “RESULTS” of judging in light of living longer.  Our uncalled for judgments take their toll on us in the form of years of life.  We have all heard the text, “the wages of sin is death.”   This text is correct.  How many times have we quoted this verse?  Do we really believe it?  To believe it, all you have to do is look in the mirror.
What are you saying Paul?  You mean, if I would cut out judging in my life it would add years to my life?  Yes, that is what I am saying.  What would be its proof?  How can I prove this?  Starting right now mark your age and condition.  Cut out judging and you should hold your present age and condition.  Sorry, what has been done in the past is done.
THE THIN LINE
There is a thin line which we cross each day unaware.  It wreaks hell in our lives and we either blame God or the Devil.  What is this thin line?  We judge and set the world ablaze.  In the name of truth we set things lose.

It can’t be said that we haven’t been warned.  Do yourself a favor.  Look up every text you can find in the Bible on this matter of judging.  I hope you see its power; both constructive as well as destructive.  As you read you can hear the cracking under your feet of the thin ice upon which you tread.  You find yourself stopping in your tracks.  You, in a defense move begin to kneel, displacing your weight of years of accumulated judgments, hoping to delay the inevitable…the ice giving out from under your own self-condemning judgments returning to drown you in the water you have feared.   Reflect on the spiritual song we all may have song or hear; “On Christ the SOLID ROCK I stand, all other ground is sinking sand.”  This song also said, “My hope is built on nothing less, then Jesus blood and righteousness; I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus’ Name.”  It is through this NAME that the rights of the unfallen Adam come.   So, add what I have just said to this matter of The Rights of the Unfallen Adam, and our acquiring a longer life.
